Is Hemp and CBD legal in my state?

While it is impossible for us to speak for all localities and jurisdictions, at this point in time there are no state laws prohibiting the purchase of hemp derived CBD and other hemp products.

Do you provide 3rd party safety and quality testing?

Our products are all tested for heavy metals, pesticides, bacteria, yeast, mold, E. coli, and salmonella, in addition to showing the phytocannabinoid counts and terpenes present.

Are your products really organic?

Yes! The farms where our hemp is grown, harvested, and extracted are Organic and the entire process from start to finish is proudly in the USA. Our co-packing partner facility, who bottles, labels, and packages all of our products, is also Organic.

Are your products really cruelty and toxic free?

YES! Our entire Byma BodyCare line is cruelty-free and free from toxins. Our cruelty-free products are made with Organic ingredients and are free from toxins, formaldehydes, phthalates, parabens, and sulfates.

What is the difference between hemp extract and hemp seed oil?

Though some hemp and CBD products can be labeled as “hemp oil” or “CBD oil”, they may be made with hemp distillate or CBD isolate instead of Full Spectrum Hemp Extract (FSHE) as the active ingredient. Hemp seed oil, on the other hand, is used in cooking similar to coconut or olive oil for its nutritional content.

How long will it take for me to feel the beneficial effects of Byma BodyCare products?

While some customers have felt the beneficial effects of our products right away, it is important to remember that everyone and every body is different! We do recommend if you are battling chronic pain that you apply our topical ointments on a regular basis (daily for 1-2 weeks) before seeing improvements, but could see improvements by the first use!

Can I get an allergic reaction to your products?

While it is rare, it is possible for a few individuals to experience allergic reactions to the organic essential oils in our topical products.  If you have very sensitive skin or have experienced allergic reactions to organic essential oils, we recommend testing a small area of skin before you apply to a larger area.
